Conference solutions
Being the core element of many conferences, the “H82 Speaker Convenience System“ (presentation management system) is used all over Europe – complemented by many additional solutions, such as wireless timers for limiting speaking times and automatic display of speakers. Mobile WLAN solutions for up to 2,000 concurrent users and comprehensive support for the exhibitors of your conference round off our service portfolio.
Software
Our proprietary presentation management system has numerous additional modules, such as e-poster presentation, agenda display outside auditorium halls, review stations, integrated conflict-of-interest management and display, remote control and on-the-fly adaptations. The system stands out by its high stability and great flexibility. Our conference-tested 3-phase process yields a high-level of reliability for the speakers.
Technical project management
Thanks to our long-standing Europe-wide experiences, H82 is already able to take account of specific local aspects in the planning phase of projects. As a result, and because of the fact that each member of the H82 team not merely “does his/her job” but fully grasps the tasks to be accomplished, we are able to supply ready-to-use solutions on site. This saves time (and money) for our customers and ensures the success of the event.
Sound, light & projection equipment
Selecting the appropriate equipment that is perfectly suited for your event is our task. Through their support during the event, our experienced and well-trained technicians ensure that your expectations are satisfied.
IT equipment rental
We pay special attention to providing optimally maintained state-of-the-art IT equipment – from mice to servers – that is ready for use. Our rental equipment pool (owned by us) meets all your requirements.
Internet & network
In 2012, H82 was contracted to set up and manage the event-related network and WLAN at the Austria Center Vienna, one of the most important conference venues in Europe. In 2016, the Austria Center Vienna received the INCON Global Digital Infrastructure Award for the world’s best WLAN.
